Privacy Policy, Perpetual Records

Perpetual Records ("we") runs perpetualrecords.net and the Perpetual Records YouTube channel (@perpetualrecords).

What we collect. The site doesn't ask you to create an account or give us personal information. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and performance.

YouTube API Services. Our internal tool, "Perpetual Records Uploader", uses YouTube API Services only to upload and manage videos on our own YouTube channel. It doesn't access, collect, or store data from any other YouTube user. By watching our videos on YouTube, you're subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The access token is stored securely and used only by us. You can revoke access at any time on your Google security settings page.

Third-party links. Our pages link to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and other services. Each one has its own privacy policy.

Sharing. We don't sell or share personal information.
